For homeowners & customers

Got a link from your contractor?
Here's what it is.

Your contractor runs their estimates, invoices and payments in FieldsHub. The link they sent you opens their estimate or invoice. No account, no app, no fees for you.

What you can do from the link

Read the estimate line by line, approve it with one tap and a typed or drawn signature, and pay invoices by card or bank transfer. On some plans you also see job photos, the schedule and change orders.

Is it safe?

Payments are processed by Stripe; FieldsHub never sees or stores your card. The money goes to your contractor's own bank account. FieldsHub takes no fee from you or from them.

How to recognise a real link

Real links start with fieldshub.com/a/ (estimates), fieldshub.com/pay/ (invoices) or fieldshub.com/portal. ✓ fieldshub.com, with an s. ✗ fieldhub.com is a different company. If a link asks for a password, a bank login or a gift card, it is not from us.

Not the right contractor?

The company name on the page is your contractor's, not ours. If you don't recognise it, don't pay. Email support@fieldshub.com with the link and we'll check it.

1

Open the link

From the text or email. It shows the contractor's name, the estimate or invoice number and the amount.

2

Approve or pay

One tap to approve. Card or ACH to pay. A receipt lands in your email.

3

Come back any time

The same link reopens the document. The portal sign-in sends a one-time code to the email or phone your contractor has on file.
